One on One  Course Tuition Policy:

1. Students are required to inform us of any absence or rescheduling at least 6 hours in advance. Notice received later than 6 hours will not be adjusted or postponed, Student will be charged $30/hour.
2. After paying for one-to-one courses, there is no refund or transfer of courses. The tuition fee for every 12 courses must be used within 16 weeks. There is no refund after 16 weeks.

一对一课程学费说明:
1️⃣请假或调课需提前至少6小时通知。 晚于6小时将不调课或顺延，按照$30/小时收课时费。
3️⃣一对一课程交费后，不退费，不转课，每12次课学费，需在16周内使用完，16周后不退费。

Group Course Tuition Policy:

1. Refunds are available in full, minus a $25 processing fee, if requested 48 hours before the start of the course. If requested within 48 hours, a 50% refund will be issued. Once the course has started, no refunds will be given. Any remaining balance may be converted to credit, which will be valid for one year. After one year, the credit will expire and no refund will be issued.
2. If you need to take a leave of absence, please notify the school at least 24 hours in advance. The teacher will record the lesson and send a link to  the student after class.”

小组课程学费说明：
1️⃣开始上课前48小时，可退全部学费，扣除$25手续费。48小时内通知，将退一半学费。开始上课后，将不退费。所剩余款可转为credit，credit一年内有效，一年后，将不可使用，不退款。
2️⃣请假提前24小时通知学校，老师将对课程进行录像，课后将录像链接发给同学。
